You will be working as part of a small team of data analysts and partner closely with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and Marketing teams. The focus of this position will be performing data analysis and governance functions to ensure data quality, consistency, and derive insights from sales reporting. Responsibilities Leverage industry best practices to develop new and enhance existing reporting in Tableau. Analyze large data sets to surface insights on the productivity for our Sales, Technical Sales, and Sales Operations teams. Become an analytics/sales data subject matter expert. Perform ad hoc analytical projects as identified by senior sales management. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Operations Research (OR), Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or similar field). 3-5 years of experience with data analytics and data visualization. This position may be based remotely. You must be able to work from home and align with Pacific time working hours as needed. Highly analytical individual able to use data to deliver business insights and support decision making. Experience applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve defined business problems. Preferred
Qualifications:
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Self-motivated individual able to prioritize and maintain timeliness. Strong research and business analysis skills with interest in identifying process improvement opportunities that support the key business operations. Experience in any one of the following is considered a plus:
Salesforce, Python, R, Jupyter, other analytics/data science tools.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, Sales EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
