We are seeking an energetic and motivated candidate for this highly collaborative role.
As a D2D Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through residential canvassing efforts that will contribute to sales growth targets and increasing brand awareness.
We are seeking individuals that are ready to transition into a better opportunity with an unlimited income cap.
POSITION SUMMARY Prospect within your assigned territory.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and opportunities.
Attend training meetings to improve sales techniques and knowledge.
Promote our products and services as an industry specialist.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and services.
Meet or exceed established performance goals.
Follow company policies and procedures, and represent Texas Select Construction professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Previous direct sales / door to door sales experience is a huge plus! Roofing/Construction experience is an advantage.
Must be personable and have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Highly motivated, organized, flexible, and have a strong ability to multitask.
Must have personal integrity.
Be competent in overcoming objections.
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid driver's license / reliable personal transportation / current auto insurance.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
