Overseas Operations Coordinator
Quick Apply Full-time 5 hours ago Full Job Description We're an early-stage waste-to-energy technology company looking for a team member to be responsible for envisioning and implementing growth strategies to support the rollout of cutting-edge waste-to-energy technology in Eastern European markets.
Must be able to work effectively with an international team to quickly adapt to a constantly evolving strategy to raise capital and identify near-term and long-term goals.
The ideal candidate would be a non-linear thinking, natural problem solver with a desire to work in an innovative and flexible environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for an applicant that meets the following criteria:
2-3 years' professional experience in finance (preferred) Self-starter, with the ability to problem solve is a must Ability to coordinate with both U.
S.
and international team members Strong attention to detail is a must Ability to envision, plan, execute, and complete projects Exposure to debt and equity capital raises and budgetary planning (preferred) Highly proficient with spreadsheets for budgeting, capital projections/raises, and equity capitalization Basic legal (contract) drafting and comprehension (preferred) Knowledge of any of the following subject matters would be considered a strong positive:
Waste industry practices, manufacturing, technology licensing, structured project finance More information about the detailed operations of the business are available during the interview process, after the execution of a confidentiality agreement.
