Ready, Set, Grow is a local container gardening company specializing in seasonal flower pots.
We create beautiful flower pot arrangements and update them seasonally for homes and businesses in Collin County.
Our office is located in downtown McKinney.

The Role:
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly extrovert with sales/networking experience to fill the role of Community Outreach Representative.
This role will be primarily focused on reaching out to new potential customers in our service area by attending local networking opportunities, researching leads and making connections.
This is a part-time role, 15-20 hours a week.
This role will mostly be Monday-Friday during the day - with occasional exceptions for networking events that may come up outside of those hours.
We are flexible on the days / start times, and will work out a schedule with the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Attend local chamber meetings and networking events to represent our company and tell people about our services.
Research / Identify local businesses and HOAs that could use our service and contact them to make those connections.
Travel to homes and businesses to provide quotes for service when requested.
Provide excellent customer service to our current clients over phone and email.
Table at local events to hand out information on our company.
Explore potential partnership opportunities with local garden centers, pottery vendors, landscapers, etc.
Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
Our ideal candidate:
Has a background in sales, networking or other outward facing roles.
Outgoing and loves talking to people and making connections Comfortable and enthusiastic with public speaking Communicates professionally in person and in writing Can bring enthusiasm, energy and ideas to the table Is comfortable with technology.
Can navigate a computer and Effectively search the internet.
