You will develop, train, and maintain a team of people who deliver an exceptional car wash experience to our customers every single time with a focus on company systems (quality), company standards (speed and safety), and cost effectiveness by maintain budgeted costs (profitability).
In addition, the Site Manager will be responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of all aspects of the site.
This position starts at $65k/year with a bonus plan to potentially earn an additional $20k/year! Responsibilities Ensure that all customers are receiving the ultimate VIBE Car Wash Experience at all times by engaging with them and getting consistent feedback Oversee and perform opening/closing/daily preventative maintenance checklists with staff Coaching and training all team members on communicating the Unlimited Program to customers Coaching and Training ASM, Customer Service Associates and Shift Leaders in all aspects of car washing Troubleshoot any urgent issues to keep chain moving from open to close and coordinate any repairs with outside contractors Maintain all aspects of the building and property including landscaping and trash cleanup Enable your team to safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile on your face Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision Physical Demands:
Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle heavy equipment Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions About Vibe Car Wash Vibe Car Wash is a new family owned Express Car Wash company based in Dallas, Texas.
