The ideal candidate will have experience in 10-key typing, debits and credits, accounts payable, double-entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, data entry, and account analysis.
RV or Auto dealership experience is preferred but not required.
This part time position will be primarily work from home but team meetings will be held in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Review and record sales transactions and work with dealership personnel to resolve any discrepancies - Assist with accounts payable and receivable - Reconcile GL accounts - Assist with Extended Service Contract cancellations and refunds Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) - Strong analytical skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
