We also offer attorney review and mortgage compliance services.
Through our document preparation platform, DocsDirect, we provide technology solutions for residential real estate document preparation to mortgage lenders.
Attorney responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing various loan documents including title commitments, contracts, surveys and federal disclosures to prepare compliant loan closing document packages consisting of a note, security instrument and supporting documentation.
The attorney will become familiar with state and federal lending rules and regulations, as well as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA and FHA loan requirements.
The attorney will assist with compliance functions and review of supporting estate planning documentation (e.
g.
, living trust agreements, powers of attorney, etc.
).
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and decision making skills, attention to detail and an interest in pursing a career in real estate law.
The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
