Summary:
The TA Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the talent service delivery model for the Addus high volume hiring group (PCS Caregiver), including but not limited to program training, data analysis, adherence to process, training on new programs and tools and assisting field teams executing the complete talent acquisition process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, high volume experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with others across a large geographic area.
Essential Duties:
Provides talent acquisition operational support such as training, direction on talent acquisition issues, recruiting techniques, and best practices to assigned regional area(s) Ensure regional hiring goals are being met with a long-term strategy in mind Implement company sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, regionally that contributes to building a healthy pipeline for potential applicants Lead regularly scheduled calls with field leadership to understand and share solutions to sourcing and recruiting opportunities at a local level Focus on quality end-to-end hiring processes that ensure a positive experience for candidates Responsible for requisition posting accuracy, compliance to standards and updating for all assigned positions Train new regional team members on talent acquisition standards, process, and tools Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements & Competencies:
Minimum one year experience in talent acquisition Experience using applicant tracking systems Proficiency in documenting processes and understanding industry trends Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit required goals Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Working conditions:
