On a given night, approximately 160 people sleep at the Inn, of which 1 out of 3 are children.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual to join our nonprofit organization as an Executive Assistant.
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's daily activities.
This position requires a proactive and efficient professional who can handle a wide range of administrative tasks with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
This is a full-time, salaried position with on-site responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1.
Administrative Support:
Create, prepare and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team (CDO, CHRO, and CPO) as assigned.
Assist with drafting, proofreading, and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist Executive Team with confidential projects as related to the operations of the organization, often pertaining to employees, finances, and strategic planning.

Meeting Coordination:
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and documents.
Assist with meeting coordination, efficiency, effectiveness, and post-meeting follow-up.
3.
Communication Liaison:
Respond to inquiries and manage correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with organizational mail and broader communications.
4.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to gather information and update project statuses.
5.
Database and Information Management:
Maintain and update databases as applicable Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative tasks.
6.
Financial Administration:
Assist in tracking and reconciling expenses related to executive costs, travel, events, and other initiatives.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
7.
Employee Assistance Assist with employee issues as needed, including answering questions for employees, resetting passwords, gathering information for new hires, and connecting employees with IT support when necessary.
Assist with employee events and communications including benefits open enrollment, employee appreciation events, the Fun Squad, and employee recognition experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.
Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Professional discretion and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
Knowledge of nonprofit sector and mission-driven organizations is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
