Responsibilities:
self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to be performed daily.
Greet Customers with name independently upon Customers arrival, to begin engaging and thoughtful conversation.
Ability to serve multiple customers at peak times, without compromising their experience.
Ability to build long-term relationships with the Customer ultimately leading to retention and loyalty.
Daily use of Dillard's clientele tools to capture customer profile.
Utilize client book everyday to connect with customers for outreach, appointments, promotions, events, replenishment to drive sales.
Own and achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales goals.
