Work Schedule Availability/Needs:
This position requires availability during business hours (Monday through Friday 9:

30 is a busy time) Required availability of minimum 2 Saturdays per month (9:

30am) for our Saturday Social Skills This position is a W2 part-time position to start, approximately 30 hours, with the opportunity to increase hours after 90 days, depending on availability and clinic needs.
Hourly rates range from $17.
00 to $22.
00 per hour, based on years of experience with pediatrics and/or additional certifications.
Requirements/Responsibilities/Skills:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent (Required) Some college in a related field is preferred but not required (Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Health, Child Development) CPR/ First Aid certification (required) Experience working with children with disabilities (STRONGLY PREFERRED) Organized and pays attention to details (required) Expert with oral & written communication skills, working a front desk/customer service & answering phones.
(REQUIRED) MUST be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) Strong ability to work as part of a team AND Prioritization & problem-solving skills What a Day Would Entail at MOST/DFW:
Handle various administrative and receptionist duties including greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, and scanning and filing documents.
Maintain presentable and functional reception and therapy areas.
Conduct regular cleaning and organizing of therapy rooms and clinic, deep cleaning, and sterilizing equipment weekly.
Maintain clinic stock and supply inventories, technology checkouts, assessments, and materials.
Create therapy tools and materials based on the understanding and needs of the client, and in coordination with the therapy team.
Assist therapists with gathering materials, transitioning clients and participating as a peer model in some sessions.
