The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is an in-person full-time position (35 - 40 hours per week) reporting to the Office Manager and Vice President in a commercial real estate firm.
The corporate office is a small team of 5 to 6 individuals where contributions from every team member, including you, are vitally important.
This position is responsible for day-to-day office duties, communication with stakeholders, and coordination on various business-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients, residents, and co-workers Support our managers and team members (corporate and off-site staff) as needed General front-office and back-office duties Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms Greet office visitors upon arrival Answer phone calls professionally and timely Day-to-day office tasks (mail, data backups, printers, paper, etc.
) Organize and schedule meetings, etc.
Maintain and improve a clean, digital-based filing system Order office and team supplies Be able to solve problems and trouble-shoot specific challenges Special projects and other tasks as assigned
