Position
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Receptionist to join our new satellite office in Dallas, Texas.
As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, partners, and employees, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude and ensure a hospitable reception experience.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
Manage the office front desk, including maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages promptly.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for team members.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and office operations.
Offer support in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Assist in managing office equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Collaborate with HR for new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficient in using MS Office applications and standard office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Prior experience in the technology industry or a related field is advantageous.
