- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.

Experience :
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Multilingual skills, particularly fluency in English, are a plus.
- Experience in upselling or sales, especially in technical or technology-related products, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important for maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Knowledge of jewelry or electronics sales is advantageous.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling financial transactions accurately.
