POSITION
Responsibilities:
Perform inspection of Cleanroom garments at each Cleanroom table.
Perform inspection of finished totes in Packout.
Perform inspections of new accounts.
Test clean garments of particles and fibers as per ASTM F51-00.
Evaluate the electrical resistance of ESD Cleanroom garments.
Review and verify gamma lots.
Review production logs.
Inspect and release incoming chemicals.
Test Cleanroom for viable non-viable particles.
Perform water testing of the market centers city and DI water.
Verify validation of washer and dryer cycles.
Record temperate and humidity of controlled environments.
Communicate issues and concerns with QA Supervisors.
