NeuLine Health is seeking a clinical operations insurance specialist to join our cohesive team.
We're strategically expanding our neurodiagnostic testing services throughout the United States.
NeuLine Health is an instrumental liaison for physicians to provide their patients with quality in-home neurodiagnostic testing.
Our structured ambulatory services afford patients the advantage of receiving exceptional care by certified EEG & sleep techs in the convenience of their homes.
A successful clinical operations insurance specialist will perform as follows:
Responsibilities:
Obtain eligibility and benefits for all patients High volume of insurance benefit calls to insurance carriers Will need to ask questions to complete insurance data sheet Insurance information is entered in system and scanned into patients file Verify all relevant notes have been added to system and task created Special notes if referral required, plan will be terminating, or coordination of benefits Benefits denial phone calls to patients Create and complete the appropriate tasks for the patient If applicable, create a task for a denial letter to be sent to patient Prior to scheduling, make sure all tasks are complete and that the diagnosis code is valid on the EEG Coding Guide.
Confirm medical records support the diagnosis code before moving to the next step.
Follows medical practice policies and procedures.
Supports co-workers to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and complying according to HIPAA regulations Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
