At inCon-trol Water Systems, we specialize in designing, building, servicing, and maintaining architectural and interactive water features, commercial Rain Water Harvesting Systems and Irrigation Pump Stations.
This position will be for a Superintendent that will be the leader of a 4 man crew.
The Superintendent and their crew will be responsible for building projects per plans and specs and within the allocated time and budget.
Duties:
All aspects related to the job purpose listed above, particularly from underground plumbing to set/finish of fixtures and equipment.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes and safety codes, and other regulations; make corrections as needed or required.
Interpret plans and layout out projects for installation.
-Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
Comply with quality control programs and with safety laws, requirements, and programs.
Perform activities concerned with the construction of water features, fountains, & pump stations.
Maintains technical knowledge.
Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence as needed.
Support office and field staff as needed.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Relevant trade experience at the commercial level, Texas journeyman plumber license, Knowledge of building codes, Construction safety, Mechanical systems, Required calculations, Water distribution, Controls, Informing Others, Promoting Process Improvement, Reporting Skills, Good Communication Skills Requirements:
A valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving history - A Social Security Card - Current Texas Journeyman License Must pass BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST Able to work outdoors Not afraid of heights Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
