Preference would be given to candidate having experience in Oil & gas and Medical doctors.
Candidate should be sharp, diligent, reliable, and highly effective with a strong knowledge of tax and Bookkeeping skills.

Min 10 years' experience in accounting and preparing Individual and business tax returns.
Must be up to date on current Tax laws MUST have extensive experience preparing Individual, Corporate and Partnership Tax Returns Proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Excel, Google Sheets, and multiple Tax software Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent CPA certification Superior written and verbal communication skills Ultra-Tax software proficiency is preferred but not required.
QuickBooks proficiency is required.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and review federal and state return filings for Individuals, LLCs, C-Corps, and S-Corps Review financial statements and prepare adjusting journal entries as necessary Prepare quarterly tax estimates and year-end projections Research and analyze tax positions in connection with the preparation of returns Job Type:
