Your job will be to provide high quality, loving care to clients customers while they are away.
This includes - but is not limited to - going on walks, playing outside to burn off energy, feeding, giving medications, cleaning up messes, and much more! HOW IT WORKS:
Our sitters are employees, not independent contractors so your taxes are automatically withheld.
Each sitter is trained one-on-one by the owner and lead sitter, and training hours are paid.
We provide you with all the tools necessary to provide excellent service.
COMPENSATION:
Your pay is two-fold:
commission for the services you provide and hourly for any administrative tasks.
Commission is 33% per visit you complete.
Hourly is $14 per hour.
Your non-commute mileage is reimbursed at $0.
30 per mile.
The number of hours per week will vary depending on your availability and the volume of customer requests.
Qualifications:
Live in the McKinney, Allen, Frisco, or Prosper areas (preferred).
You have owned and/or cared for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, and pocket pets (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.
).
You are willing and able to perform pet visits starting as early as 6am and as late as 9pm, especially on holidays.
Your availability for weekends and holidays is particularly crucial as that is when people need pet sitting the most.
You are 18 years of age, own your own car, have a valid driver's license, and can provide proof of insurance.
You must be able to pass a thorough 50-state background investigation and have a clean record (no felonies, no misdemeanors).
You can provide three references who can speak to your character and professionalism.
You are good with grammar, spelling, text composition and photo captioning.
You can stay overnight in the client's home (preferred).
You are conscientious, detail oriented, and able to follow a checklist every time.
You are a person who strives for excellence and continuous improvement.
