We believe in making simple, homemade, and healthy dishes that combine century old authentic Italian recipes and local favorites. We have salads and tapas but our main focus is our wood fired pizza. We are looking for outgoing new members to their team. We are hiring for
salad prep- learn how to make salads, sandwiches and appetizer as well as prepping daily items
line cooks- like working on a stove? learn to cook all of our hot dishes. Cooking experience required
want-to-be-pizzaiolo?-Learn how to make pizzas from topping to stretching to cooking in our 900 degree wood fired oven.
If cooking is not your thing we are also hiring for front of house.
Bartender- part time must be TABC certified as well as food handler certified
Servers- part time non seasonal. !-2 years experience is better.
EXPERIENCED HOSTS- full or part time needed.
Food runners and bussers- full time and part time available non seasonal preferred. Must have flexible schedule.
